Former Lobos soccer star Patrick Grange’s battle against ALS got a little easier today, as the UNM Alumni vs. Lobos soccer game took place. The Alumni stood toe to toe with the current Lobos soccer team, as the game ended in a 1-1 tie. Grange was diagnosed with ALS a couple of weeks after his 28th birthday making him the youngest in the state of New Mexico with Lou Gehrig’s disease. All of the money made during the event will be donated to the Grange family fund and the Lobo Men’s soccer team.
